Greens Boost Energy

Sautéed Swiss Chard for the win this morning for breakfast.

I’m working on getting more greens into my body without drinking a smoothie. I already tried putting swiss chard into a smoothie...

I made a simple goal of doubling more order of greens for grocery delivery this week. And I absolutely don’t like to waste food! So I’m simply sautéing greens for breakfast and dinner this week. Anyone could do this!!

My daily routine is requiring more energy to keep up since adding school to the mix. And I know the mitochondria of cells make energy for the body. What does the mitochondria need for fuel to do this?!? Phytonutrients!

And where do phytonutrients come from? PLANTS. So I’m simply upping my daily plant intake to create more energy.

Oh and regular movement helps with increasing energy too! For me walking my dogs works.
