1 cup of cashew/coconut mylk (or any nut mylk you prefer)
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup
dash of black pepper
Bring all ingredients to a gentle simmer for about 5-7 minutes in a small pot. Or I’ve also used a high powered blender like a Vitamix to blend and heat.
