Gut Friendly Coconut Fudge
Ingredients
1 cup coconut oil
1 cup tahini paste or any nut or seed butter
Flavouring Options
1 - 2 tablespoons of any of the following:
unsweetened cacao powder
ground cinnamon
cacao nibs
unsweetened shredded coconut
Directions
Combine all the ingredients into your food processor or blender and blend until well mixed. Then pour mixture into ice cube tray moulds or glass baking dish (like I did in the photo) and pop into the freezer until firm. Either option works great! Now you’ve just made rich and delicious gut friendly treat.
