Contrary to common myth, diarrhea associated with IBS can indeed be RESOLVED fully. I’ve done it myself! The majority of IBS (not all, certainly) is caused by small intestinal bowel overgrowth (SIBO) which is when endemic microbes housed in the large intestine migrate up into the small intestine (via a faulty valve).
