Food Sensitivities vs. Allergies

***Food sensitivities are NOT the same as food allergies***

<Allergies> are provoked by an IgE immunological response. And this response can manifest in anaphylaxis or other server reactions.

<Sensitivities> are caused by IgG/IgA immune response to foods that can lead to more subtle, *chronic* symptoms overtime.

In my experience, paying attention to your food reactions can tell you so much about how you are digesting and absorbing the foods you are eating.

Do you experience digestive distress such as constant bloating, gas, burping, constipation or diarrhea?

These symptoms are common BUT not normal if they are happening after most meals. These symptoms give you an opportunity to assess food choices.

Want to decrease food reactions? I can walk through how to do this with or without food sensitivity testing.
